Domestic Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders with standard shipping times.

  • Order Timeline:
    • Processing Time: After placing your order, it typically takes 2–5 business days for your product to be printed and prepared for shipment.
    • Shipping Time: Transit times range from 2–5 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

  • Order Changes or Cancellations:
    If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at hello@faithelegant.com. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, changes may not be possible once your order has been processed. Thank you for your understanding!

  • Order Updates:
    You’ll receive email notifications about your order, including updates on shipping and tracking. These emails will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you’re not receiving updates, please check your spam folder and add our email to your contact list.

  • Delays:
    High order volumes may occasionally result in shipment delays. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we’ll notify you via email. Please allow extra time during such periods for transit and delivery.


International Shipping

For orders placed outside the U.S.:

  • Customs and Duties: Additional customs or duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
    • FaithElegant is not liable for these fees, which may be charged before, during, or after shipping.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, email us at hello@faithelegant.com. We’ll replace it free of charge.

  • What to Include: Please provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging when you reach out.
