Returns/Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our products with a 30-day post-order guarantee. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, contact us at hello@faithelegant.com, and we’ll assist you with your request.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Refund Process: Refunds are issued upon inspection of the returned product by Faith Elegant.
  • Tracking Required: To ensure your refund, please use a trackable mail service. We are not liable for lost or missing packages.
  • Refund Timeline: Once we receive your package and confirm its condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
 

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please email us at hello@faithelegant.com within 30 days of your order. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra charge.

  • What to Include in Your Email:

    • Photos of the damaged product.
    • Photos of the packaging it arrived in.
  • Replacement Process: After inspecting the damage, we will verify your claim and send a replacement product at no cost. The original damaged product may be requested to be shipped back at Faith Elegant’s discretion, with shipping costs covered by us.


Order and Delivery Information

 

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Each order is made upon completion. The process typically includes:

  1. Order Processing and Printing (2–5 business days): Your product is printed and prepared for shipment.
  2. Shipping (2–5 business days): Your order is shipped.

You’ll receive order updates via the email provided at checkout. If you don’t see them, please check your spam folder and add us to your contact list.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, contact us at hello@faithelegant.com, and we’ll help track it down.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to officially post.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, email us at hello@faithelegant.com as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
    • Orders that cannot be canceled will remain the customer’s responsibility.
